Xiangtan Saixuan Trading Co., Ltd. operates KivHub for adults 18+ on Google Play Android. Google Play Android KivHub is a social communication app for adults 18+ only. Tagline: Connect Through Every Moment. Start chats, share media, and stay in touch with people you discover on KivHub. KivHub offers profile browsing, instant messaging, and optional live video sessions for adults seeking straightforward social interaction. Product design focuses on readable threads, dependable notifications, and community safety workflows. Users may register and sign in; use is conditioned on acceptance of in-app Privacy Notice and User Terms. The app may offer optional in-app purchases via Google Play Billing where enabled. Eligibility is declared once at onboarding without continuous technical age verification.

Personal information we collect

1. Account identifiers and profile information such as nickname, avatar, bio or interest labels, and authentication session data — Purpose: Provide registration, sign-in, profile display, discovery, session integrity, fraud prevention, and account security — Attribute Required when you create or use an account.
2. Instant messages, conversation history, and related messaging metadata between users — Purpose: Deliver private messaging, synchronize conversations, support notifications, and enforce community policies — Attribute Collected when you send or receive messages inside the app.
3. Live video and audio session content processed when you use real-time chat or video conversation features — Purpose: Enable live text or video conversations, connection quality management, and safety workflows — Attribute Required when you initiate or join live conversation sessions.
4. Photos and videos captured with the camera or selected from your library for profile or shared media — Purpose: Display profile visuals, support media sharing in chats, and assist moderation where applicable — Attribute Optional; collected only when you capture, upload, or choose profile or chat media.
5. Usage events and diagnostics, including Device ID where applicable — Purpose: Measure performance, troubleshoot issues, improve product quality, and protect against abuse — Attribute Required.
6. In-app purchase and entitlement signals processed in connection with Google Play Billing — Purpose: Deliver digital goods or features, validate entitlements with Google Play, and keep purchase state consistent — Attribute Collected when you make or restore purchases as applicable.
7. Safety reports, block records, and related context you submit — Purpose: Investigate abuse reports, enforce policies, and protect users — Attribute Optional; only when you use report or block safety flows.

How personal information is used

Uses include registration, profile display, discovery, instant messaging, live video or audio, safety review, diagnostics, and Google Play Billing where available.

• Cloud Hosting / CDN — processes Photos and videos uploaded by users, Profile media and message attachments, Media file metadata, Storage access related file metadata for the purpose Store, deliver, and accelerate profile media, messages, and related content for core app features.
• Real-time Communication / Video Infrastructure — processes Live video and audio session content, Instant messaging payloads and delivery metadata, Connection quality and signaling diagnostics for the purpose Route, synchronize, and deliver live conversations and instant messaging between users.
• Content Moderation Service — processes User-uploaded photos and videos, Chat or profile content flagged for review, Related moderation metadata for the purpose Detect and prevent illegal, abusive, or policy-violating content and support community safety.
• Analytics / Performance Monitoring — processes Usage events, Device and app diagnostics, Device ID for the purpose Measure performance, troubleshoot issues, improve product quality, security, fraud prevention, and analytics.
• Google Play (payments) — processes Order and entitlement information, Transaction identifiers processed in connection with Google Play Billing for the purpose Process in-app purchases, deliver digital goods or features, and reconcile entitlements.

No sale of personal and sensitive user data for money in the ordinary course.

Retention and deletion

We delete or anonymize data when no longer needed, subject to legal exceptions. Verified requests are handled within about 15 business days.

Individual rights

Depending on your region, you may exercise rights to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to processing of personal data or personal information.
